Fatima College of Business Administration is the institution of Belgaum Diocese Board of Education. It was established in the year 2007. The programme is initiated with the aim to train young aspirants in the field of management, marketing, finance, human resource management and entrepreneurship skills so as to face the challenges of today’s competitive world. Bachelor in Business Administration is a full-time 4 years programme (NEP) spread over 8 semesters. Each semester is of 16 weeks duration. The students should have a minimum of 75% attendance to appear for semester end examination. The students are allotted Internal Assessment marks based on the 2 IA Exams, Seminar/Presentation, Assignments and Attendance. The students are encouraged to participate in various management fest organised by other institutions to exhibit their talents and also to get exposed to the corporate world. Certified Courses are conducted for the students to enhance their confidence, knowledge and skills
beyond the academics. The department staff members are qualified and highly devoted towards the academic and curricular activities held in the department. Majority of the staff members are appointed as chairperson, Co-setter for setting various university question papers, valuation and revaluation instructed by Karnatak University Dharwad. Faculties take active part in attending Faculty Development Programmes, Workshops and also have published research articles in university level conference.
